EVENTS FOR THE AGENCY CLIENTS AT THE 2003 SVYAZEXPOCOMM EXHIBITION. MAY 12-16, 2003.

At the 2003 SvyazExpocomm exhibition (Moscow, May 12 to May 16, 2003), Corporate Communications organized and carried out a series of events for its four high-tech and telecoms clients.

On May 13, the Agency held a presentation of a new phone MAXIcard for MTU-Inform Company. Journalists were invited to MAXI-breakfast to learn about the new product's unique features and possibilities. Right after the presentation the journalists had the opportunity to make the first calls with the MAXIcard.

On May 13 and 14, Corporate Communications organized two events for SONET Cellular Network. The seminar presented the CDMA standard status, features and values. At the presentation of SONET Cellular Network Services: Implementation Technologies deputy general director of the company Sergey Zatsepin delivered the main speech.

On the Internet Day on May 15, the Agency held a series of special events for MTU-Intel. The Choose Your Speed press breakfast featuring Victor Savyuk, commercial director of MTU-Intel, was followed by the press conference On The Launch Of The Interactive TV For Corporate Customers (a joint project with RBC-TV). In the afternoon, the roundtable on New Forms of Interaction Between Content & Service Providers (CSP) and Internet Access Providers (ISP and mobile operators) was arranged. The next event focused on the prospects of Wi-Fi technology in Russia and featured a speech by deputy minister of communications Andrei Korotkov. The day ended with the seminar on TV-Internet Convergence: What Do Spectators Need?

Corporate Communications also provided media support for CROC. At the 2003 SvyazExpocomm, the system integrator installed an automated system for registration of visitors and carried out a poll on the exhibition using its unique technology that had been successfully applied for processing data of the 2002 All-Russian Population Census, the Unified State Examination and a number of other projects by the Company.

At the exhibition, the Agency conducted a mix of events of different formats, each of them attracting media interest. The Agency's work produced positive media coverage with references to at least one of its clients in every article on the exhibition.
